Talked to case worker during review (appeal) under old rules.. it was quite a long and interesting call, however got rejection a few days after. The case worker said that cases are judged by the papers so I believe he wanted to convey that the call doesn't make any difference!

I've never heard that signature could be an issue with HSMP. I'm not sure though as HO picks on literally anything!

If you provide all the required evidence to support your 75 points, then there should be no problem. Payslips alone are not sufficient even if they state tax deductions, you need to submit tax returns as well or alternative evidence. Please read the guidance notes available on the Home Office website.

You can send a fresh application and this time provide a letter from your employer supporting your reason (i.e. explaining the server issue and that's why they cannot provide you with the payslips).

Would you please explain why your first application was rejected?

Sorry to hear about your rejection. I know how frustrating this can be!
I do not recommend a review in your case because evidence supporting your reason for requesting exceptional consideration is missing in your application and you cannot submit new evidence with the review.

I don't think this represents any problem. You can say in your cover letter that you sent your documents to a certified office in the UK for official translation.

You should provide tax returns evidence even it is only covers part of the period claimed. Lots of rejection happen because tax returns are not submitted.

Abid, The two main documents required are pay slips and tax returns. If you fail to provide one of them then you need to provide one of the following documents: either bank statements or letter from employer. Under the news rules, is providing the NARIC comparison letter mandatory? if it is not mandatory and the application is refused because the academic qualification is not equivalent the UK qualification, can the NARIC letter be sent with the review or HO will consider it a new evidence?
