If your stamp 1 is linked to a CSEP then you cannot work a second job. There is a different type of stamp 1 that allows full-time work without the need of CSEP but you will have to contact department of justice to change your permission.

I received an email from the visa section with a query around my bank statements. They are looking for full explanation of some transactions (I had bough property and had made some transfers) and gave me 5 working days to respond. This might explain the delay.
