This is sad man... I also just got kicked out of work today. My HR was actually helpful she sat infront of me made all calls to a hoMe office and they said since I just did my biometrics only yesterday chances are it will come back negative. I have not successfully applied for a residence card before, the HO refused my first application due to “i did not provide my wife's passport”， thats why the HO suggested me to re-apply!

True. I would get my PR sorted now if I submitted my wife's passport last year.
