You need to Fax the Urgent treatment form,stating the reason.
They do not even ask for Evidence or supporing letter.

The preference will be given w.r.t Job Offer, Travel Plans, etc

In most cases, only those with Job offer will be given the preference.

As far as i know, Bank statements will be considered as Primary evidence. Travellers cheques are not.
I wouldnt be taking such a risk.

You will fall short of points on "Previous Earnings" required for HSMP approval.
In case you finished your master studies recently, then your Earnings prior to the Masters degree can be presented as for Earnings part.
Have a look at the Guidance notes.

Hii For your first question regrading NARIC, it is important that you have your degree evaluated from NARIC. even though there are few lucky guys who have got the Visa without evaluation. There is good chance that HO might reject. and secondly, yes the application fee is now 400 GBP from April 2007....

You need to send a Fax to the HO with your reference number at the top corner.
mention clearly the old numbers and the news ones of your company contact phone numbers.
