Unsure if it comes under general or family immigration. My situation is that I brought my spouse to UK in November 2017. We had a child t...

Re: UK Spouse Visa

In my opinion, it's impossible that there will be a positive outcome. The Appendix 2 form is vital to the decision making. Plus you say you have an issue with your bank statements. Also does the tenancy agreement have your spouses name on it or say that she can stay at the property upon arrival to ...

Re: UK Spouse Visa

For future reference, NEVER rely on anyone else or any 'centre' or immigration advisor to make sure all YOUR documents are correct. It is and always will be the applicant's responsibility to make sure their application and supporting documentation is 200% correct. Always double check, triple check,...

Re: UK Spouse Visa

Really not sure how you missed the Appendix 2 from the checklist. All you can do now is wait. I really wish I had a answer to that. I was counting on the immigration visa centre to point out any mistakes using the silly checking service £55 down the drain and possibly the other £1550. The damage ha...

Re: Help needed

You can combine incomes or just use hubby's if it meets the threshold. No effect on his visa if you are studying, it's only the initial entry clearance visa that requires the sponsors income. That should be fine. If he happens to be fortunate enough to do overtime. Then get him to do so. Atleast th...

Re: Spouse visa Bangladesh

Hi, As you are the spouse you can actually fill in the application form for the visa while in UK. You can also make the appointment time in Sylhet or Dhaka. The only thing that will be a very difficult challenge is that the immigration surcharge £600. This charge must be paid by Visa or Mastercard i...

Thanks for your response. Do you think I should contact Immigration or wait for reply?
I am not sure if contacting immigration may result in it being refused.
