Re: Please provide me VFS global new delhi contact number

There is no number but you can raise a complaint to them through their website. Generally they reply within 1 day with whereabouts of passport. This is useful if you haven't opted for courier delivery. Sometimes they don't intimate even if they have received the passport from embassy.

Re: Leaving UK (Tier 2 ICT visa) but want keep the visa vali

Hi, I have 5 year Tier 2 ICT visa and after being here for 2,5 years I decided to come back to Ukraine. I will still work for the same employer but from Ukraine. Will my visa be still valid until expiration date? Would appreciate any advice! I don't see why it shouldn't be valid. Unless your employ...

Re: Resident Labour Market Test - TIER2

The Home Office requires the RMLT to be of MINIMUM 28 days (i.e., >= 28 days). The employer is free to choose any duration above this.

You can stay as long as your current visa is valid, which you have mentioned as 2018.

Re: Resident Labour Market Test - TIER2

1. They are within their rights to first complete the RMLT and then extend the offer letter to you. They would be violating the very labour test if they give you offer letter before its completion. 2. Where did you get the date 01-Jun? I see your start of test date as 16-May and end as you mentioned...

Re: Tier 2 General Extension (Period Query)

Yes so if your first visa is for X years you can extend it for another Y years as long as X+Y<=6. In your case, X = 3 so you can apply for another term which is equal to or less than 3 years. ILR is not mandatory or automatic after 5 years. Yes you can apply for it after you qualify through 5 years ...

I don't think they have any max time limit. In few other threads for complex cases I see people waiting more than 6 months (plz note that each case is different)

Re: Visa Refusal - Tier 2 Genaral

Hi uqhchow1

Are you sure you gave the correct IELTS required for UK visa? Its a different category named as "IELTS for UKVI" and your IELTS TRF will also contain an UKVI number. Also, "IELTS for UKVI" results cannot be viewed online - they only dispatch the hard copy.

Re: Tier 2 (General) 5 Years Visa - Salary requirement

Not sure if I get you, but you have a T2G visa valid till Jul 2019 and COS also valid till Jul 2019. Why are you worried about salary in between?

In case you want ILR after Jul 2019 then during application of ILR your salary might matter but not before that.

Re: URGENT Tier 2 general application query. Help needed

I have come across some incidents where they interview T2G candidates to understand details of the profile and job offered (if its not contract job or falls under ICT). Also, they interview sometimes if the candidate background has any red flag. They visit sponsor if they think there's some issue wi...

Re: RCOS in May 2017

Generally you get RCOS allocated on the same evening of allocation date or at max by next working day. But this is true if you have applied on or before 5th of the month. If later, then it will be considered for next month. Also, for other reasons (monthly quota exhausted, etc) it may get delayed.
