If you're travelling to Pakistan on a British passport, you will need to get a visa before you travel. If you have a Pakistani passport you won't need a visa. Maybe contact HMPO to have the passport returned? Or a valid NICOP can be used. I have valid nicop, but is it a legal requirement that i mus...

Hi, i am dual national. Pakistani British.
If i m travelling to pakistan on my british passport do i must carry my Pakistani passport too with me or it is not legal requirement? Actually my Pakistani passport are with HM passport office and not back yet but i need to travel to pakistan.

They can still be referees even if their passports have expired.

Also note that the professional referee doesn't need a British passport, only the other referee.

Referee passport

Hi, the professional referee for my child British citizenship application has British passport but referee’s passport is expired at the moment.
Can referee still give reference with expired British passport?

If BRP card says
Valid until 24-02-2022
Does it mean it is still valid on the 24th? Or 23rd will be the last valid day?

Hi,
My wife and daughter’s application for ILR is in process. Daughter is under 18. Their current leave to remain is expiring in January, will their current leave count as continue while ILR application is in process even after expiry date of current leave in January?

Actually my child is disabled and is register with disability living allowance Departement because of his special needs. If his leave to remain expires will his DLA also stopped? Yes, when his visa expires he is an overstayer. It won't affect a uk born child's entitlement to register as British though. Do click the links Vinny has provided (blue underlined words). Status of current leave

Hi,
My 7 years old son’s British nationality application is in process. Currently he has leave to remain. If his leave to remain expires while nationality application is still in process, will his current leave to remain count as continue until we get any decision for citizenship application?
