Spouse Visa - Supporting Documents (PHOTOS)

Hi,

I am planning to apply for a spouse visa in April 2018 and would like to ask can i just send hard copy wedding and general photos with the application or does it have to be printed on paper.

and also Is it mandatory to have dates on the photos?

There has been lots of decisions last week hoping more this week. Currently July applicants are approaching 60 working days so keep an eye out on emails or call for status checks if your currently on 50-60 working days of biometrics taken.

Hi,

I called UKVI today for a status check and they confirmed that a decision has been made on my application and I should receive it in 10 working days.

Biometrics taken 27/07/2017

51 working days today

I will update the outcome soon, Insha'Allah it is good news

There is now 2x applicants from islamabad that received there visas in 10 weeks. Check Pakistan Tim lines thread.

The applicant will be contacted by the visa centre to collect there Documents/Passport via text/phone/email. An email is also sent out by UKVI to the email address provided in the application stating that a decision has been made but in some casss as I have read in this thread in earlier posts some ...

I applied on 7th July online non-priority. Biometric on 18th July. Tomorrow is 60th working day for online and 9th Oct is 60th working days for biometrics. They emailed me on 2nd August acknowledging my application and I have heard nothing since. I'm hoping I will hear something next week. The wait...

i have learnt from this thread and other timelines threads that even if your case is Not straight forward you will find out on 58th to 60th working day of bio taken. for some reason there has been a huge delay for May applicants, there isn't many June applicants here most have got response this mont...

If the country you are applying in requires you to send your documents yourself to Sheffield Then you need to send the originals and the documents will be sent back to the sponsors UK address, make sure you provide a self addressed prepaid envelope. Hope this helps

Hi,

I am about to apply for spouse visa from Bangladesh and sending documents to Sheffield directly from Bangladesh can i have a different address (family members address) on the pre-paid envelope for Sheffield to return documents back to as i will be away on holiday and nobody will open the door?

I haven't seen any example of combining salaried+non salaried, i suggest you speak to a professional and if you are able to combine then i do not see why you cant apply under CAT A because you have been with both employers for over 6 months.

just to let you know for non salaried employment you dont calculate the lowest pay out of your 6 months payslips that is only for salaried employment, it is more flexible.
