I received email confirmation but not received biometric enrolment letter.now how many days or weeks this biometric letter will take to reach me?

Print a new payment page along with explanation letter and send it at the same address where you posted your application as soon as possible

I sent out a new page of payment but was not tracked so i sent it again. Now I noticed my bank that two transactions were made on my account from home office.i think my both letters were delivered.
