I have attached partial FORM16 and ticked. In the box below I explained the reason for submitting the extra proof. "Financial year in India is from April-March. So the ITR provided doesn't cover the period claimed. Hence attaching additional proof"

Even my application got approved with the same letter. Nothing to worry I feel. But the letter is in bad shape. It looks like a zerox copy and a cheap quality paper.

I have added a separate section in my covering letter to have all my previous employer and educational institute contact details. You can submit your final settlement sheet in place of your pay slip. I did the same.

I had the same problem. For the missing statements I visited ICICI branch and took the statement for that period. For the rest of the period I have sent the statements that I was receiving monthly from the bank. My application got approved.

Thank you. This forum helped me a lot in getting my HSMP approval. I just checked with my HR and finance. There was no cross check from HSMP team in my case. So I feel that if the documentation is proper they don't even cross check.

I am planing to send my B.E. original degree certificate and the letter issued by University as the proof of English language requirement. For this do I need to get my B.E. certificate also verified by NARIC? As I am claming MS degree I didn't get my BE verified by NARIC.
