What are the delays in UKVI?

Messy applications? Especially there is no way to check a status if you are outside the UK. Whats the best approach an...

Re: Spouse Visa help

Re: Disappointed with New UKVI Serivce

Hi Pix, God that is so dissapointing. the best thing for you to do now is email them with the paid 5 pound service, and to be as detailed as you can. you can choose to escalate the file. I escalated a payment for priority and they did it in 24 hours. Only because they hadnt refunded it in my accoun...

Re: Motoring Offences and Spousal Visa

No way you'll be fine. I'm from the USA and had the same thing. I had failure to appear in court for a ticket, and I applied but cleared it up with paying and taking it off my record, just to be safe. I asked a lawyer and she said it's like DUI, Hit and run, running from cops Idk?! Crazy stuff like ...

Disappointed with New UKVI Serivce

Why are they charging so much just to see if your application is ok. There are people who could hardly afford 20 pounds. The link should work for ALL applicants regardless of their status of their visa. What is the best way of checking all your documents are ok? the new UKVI are being really useless...

How long have oyu been working for them? If you have been with them for over 6 months? there is a special calulation they allow if you have been with the same employer in the last 6 months. Try to add your assets, savings or anything you have for back up.

Re: Priority Settlement Visa-Sheffield

Why in the world is it taking so long. its so wrong to be paying so much out of pocket to be in the normal queue. I really do know is because they either A. are super understaffed or B. they hired alot of new people who are not experienced and it making it difficult which they can make errors.

Wife Settlement Nightmare

We already made a massive mistake before we sent it off. So now we are redoing the application 15 days later. We are 5.4B, so we need to provide the LAST 12 MONTHS PRIOR of income that proves £18,600. In our calculations we made it at £20,598.00. My spouse has different jobs in media and we lived in...
