So if he applies for 6 months...wanting to spend 3 months is it still not possible? Can he reapply straight away? How can he prove that he has every intention of returning..as he does have children back home and he is quite comfortable in his job. Really need pointers as to how to address the points...

Hello Goodmorning, just wanted an insight on No Recourse to Public Funds..I've applied for FLR based on the fact that I'm the main carer for my British child..the first time I applied i received RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS..I've applied the second time and it has now stated NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS....

Received Biometric enrolment November 2016

Hi I'm on the 10yr route for FLR on the basis that my daughter is a british citizen and I'm her main carer...I have sent off for my inmy biometrics to be renewed since last October..although my biometrics would've be expired in the November...it has been over the 6 month period and I'm still waiting...
