ILR

Called up Workpermit UK and was told this applies to hsmp applicants as well as work permit holders - the advisor mentioned that it will be ideal not to be outside the UK for more than 90 days continuously/year!!!

hi

There are sections under the FLR(HSMP) guidance notes that states that documents that arent original should be signed and stamped if not on a company letter headed paper and signed if on a company letter head. I think it does explain things thoroughly than the guidance notes for initial applications...

My cousin has been here for the past 10years doing her A levels, 1st Degree, Masters. She's been on a student's visa for more than 6 years and recently got her ILR. So students visa does count towards your accumulated years of stay in the UK.

SEGS dependant

Yes your wife can apply as a dependant.
I completed my masters in 2005 and applied for SEGS with my unmarried partner. We only needed to prove that we were living together at than time (2months).
If you are married just add your marriage certificate and nothing else.
