Confused over Child Policy Registration

In this forum I was reading that if One of the parents has ILR then the child can register as British but when I asked my solicitor, he said one of the parents has to be British (not ILR) for the child to be able to register as British - Does anyone know what the truth please ?

Thank You

Nmali

That is very informative - Thank You

I was told that we could also go for Premium by using ILR Set (O) and that's why I'm in two minds whether to use the FLR DL or ILR Set 0
Good Luck with yours anyway !

Re: ILR THROUGH DLR (6 years)

HI Alis/ Casa

What form are you using for ILR ? I'm a 2x times 3 year DLR holder and I found this form on HO web site (FLR/DL) but it doesn't say if it can be used for premium - Is there any other forms that can be used ?

Thank You
