I was notified via email that my application has been approved but when I rang council they said that the certificate has not arrived yet ..does anyone know how long does it take please ..

We should aaproach local MP to clarify this before we pay the full amount since it does not make any sense. .if some get granted then the rest should or none ...

It kind of does not make any sense to me ...on the HO response via what do they know request it is confirmed that it starts when you become known /apply yet on refusals I can see that this period is considered not legal unless you have a valid stay ...very confusing indeed ..

Try to submit a fresh claim based on private family life ( even I'm sorry I don't know all the circumstances ) but at least you have to have some sort of application in ..
