hi from_india, I got your PM as well. So in reposne of that, If your offer is £ 38K , it is too less for London. If it is £ 46 K or £ 48K , then only you should come. So, get the things cleared with your employer on what is this £ 8K component. Just get a feeling of how much you will get in hand on ...

But definately I know consultants in US, For 1st contact of confidential references, they file H1B free of charge else they take a guarantee amount of $ 1500 for H1B filing returnable on reaching US and joining them. This is a very repeated and discussed topic on this forum. You need to fill VAF1. Also , if you make a call to the VFS Office, they will tell you the documents required as well. http://www.vfs-uk.co.in/ and get the contact numbers for VFS Office for your city. At some expense, they also help in fill...

You will get the EC from the British HC in your city but your extension after 2 years will be based on getting 75 points under various categories.
So, you need to study the extension guidance explaining the points section.

I agree with ecker and Panteima. No sense of a English Language requirement for FLR when people are showing 8/12 months of earnings for points. Will any employee survive with any employer for such periods without a good proficency in English. Now , an applicant will give IELTS on 1st application , a...

Getting H1B is not a problem after you get the right consultant and right deal with him as most of them are body-shoppers trying to maximise their profits. It is consultant duty then to get the H1B for you through his lawyers. On the contrary, US is welcoming highly skilled applicants with increasin...
