Lets stop facial arguments initiated and discussed in this respectful forum. HSMP, I advise you to come to this country and try your fortune here. I am in this country for the past 3 years. Native British people are very good from all perspectives (friendly/helpful/co-operative). In an organization,...

Surpisingly, I want to move there and you want to come here. 1).Research in details your earnings aspects before coming here. Don't go by any consultant or agencies word. Be sure you will be able to earn £ 60-£ 65 range. Also research how many companies/opportunities are there to pay in that range...

Option 3: Do what I did. Tell the agency sth very close to what you want to earn, BUT do not write down anything on paper. If employer letter sent an application form for you to complete. ignore the salary column. I was paid a crappy £24k cos i didn't know the market but letter moved from £24k st...

SYH, I am trying for a contractual option for the past 2 months. Employers not ready to offer more than 3 months contracts and I feel making life unstable for a 3 months contract to be very difficult. Although, if I get a 6 months contract is a really good idea. But with a family, I really prefer a ...

Is it worth staying in UK ???

Hi Friends, I have been here in UK since 2.5 years now, I started at £ 35K and now my salary is £ 37K with the same employer. Even changing the employer is not making it go higher to more than £ 40K. My friends in US are earning USD 100K+ and in India are earning INR 15 L+ with a similar or even ...

I filed for Australian immigration in January and by next year, I will land Austalia with an Australian PR. My speculation for this was 100% correct. No honest immigration intentions, making a fool of HSMP people.

My only suggestion is :- Evaluate the situation after 2 years , as your age will increase by 2 and then decide what minimum salary is required by you to get that extension after 2 years. But if you aren't intrested in staying after 2 years, thats gr8. Still, if you need to move with your family, its...

Re: HSMP - Can we buy house in UK?

(1) As HSMP visa holder, can we buy a house in UK? (2) What are the tax implications? (3) What happens if one does not get ILR? Can we continue to retain the property? 1). You can buy a house but generally we get a loan after the VISA is extended and with showing some credit history. 2). I don't th...

Does Child Care Vouchers Come Under Public Funds ?

My employer has a offering of £ 243 per month which I can use for paying child Nursery fee and which will reduce my gross taxable income by £ 243 per month. As this reduction in gross makes a profit of around £ 43 per month to me by saving extra payment of NI and Income Tax, My question is whether t...

For Paramjit:- The HO caseworker's are bound to the documents it sees and makes a decision. As majority of HSMP applicants are from India, seeing a SARAL Form has become very common to the caseworker. Applying wothout a SARAL Form is suicidal for an Indian applicant. Loosing SARAL is suicidal, you m...

This is sufficent as majority of HSMP applicants are Asians, not australians, EUs. So, target is a certain community.

Guys cool off,

facial or not-racial; People are getting affected and even they are genuine HSMP candidates. Any body can face bad days in any scenarios and may be affected.

So, a law suite looks good. Lets see what would be the outcome.

Relax.
