my solicitor sent my application on 4/07/11 that is more then 9 weeks now ,he wrote letter to Tipperary 2 weeks ago but no reply from them yet ,don't know that going on ,i am confused at this stage .

no you are not, if you have LTR in uk, ireland and denmark you can't live and work in other e u states .
