my solicitor sent my application on 4/07/11 that is more then 9 weeks now ,he wrote letter to Tipperary 2 weeks ago but no reply from them yet ,don't know that going on ,i am confused at this stage . :?

no you are not, if you have LTR in uk, ireland and denmark you can't live and work in other e u states .

D.O.J was not counting it,they refused my PR application initially in march 2010, i argued with e u treaty rights section on this matter . Now that period will be counted towards PR,when i got my first stamp as family member of e u citizen it was satmp 4 for one year in 2005, got PR last year. thank...
