Hi All I am going to apply for IL in March 2018 But I can't apply for my ILR as she didn't complete 5 years yet . TIER 2 WORKING HOUR FOR ILR

Hello Experts

My working hours weekly will 37.5 hrs as per my COS .

My employer planning to increase my salary with increased working hours upto 48hrs .

Will this get affect while I apply for ILR next year in March 2018 ?

Yes. Also salary increases must be justified and reported via SMS by your sponsor to home office. If I get promotion ,then this salary will be justified , but problem if we have to change the SOC code ? If the SOC code change ,then I have to do Labour market test ? I am getting £25 Salary now , but if my employer accpet to pay 35K threshold. then how long should I need to show £35K if I apply next year before apply for ILR ?
