She spent about 6 months and 20 away from home in 2018. does it affect her ILR ? Any no of days policy applicable on her for her ILR ? Thank...

Also, I am filling Set(O) form for wifes ILR. Is that the correct app form ? While in application form, I saw a question in finance tab as below "Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds? (Required) Include details for your partner or child if you have one....

ILR for wife on Tier 1 Ent Dependent Visa

Dear Moderators

I am currently on ILR and have applied for my Naturalisation.

My wife was issued a Tier 1 Ent Dependent visa on 29/02/2016 and came to the country on 18/03/2016.

When earliest is she eligible to apply for ILR. ? I assume 28 days before Visa date i.e 01/02/2021. Correct ?

Thanks

Re: CHILD BRITISH PASSPORT AFTER ILR

HI Cullinan Thank you for your quick response. It was quite helplful. Yes I understand. Re: MN1 / British CItizenship for Child

I think I am in the same boat as yours 1. My first child has British Passport however she was born when I had tier 1 so I have her Citizenship Certificate as proof therefore I am fine with that. 2. For my newborn (born while I have ILR), I can apply her British Passport however I have to retain my I...
