Resident Labour Market Test

Hi,
My Visa was refused on the grounds of wrong IELTS exam instead of IELTS for UKVI. My employer has confirmed to get me a new CoS.

Do my employer has to go for RLMT again? Or they can use the old RLMT to apply for a new CoS?

Urgent IELTS for Tier 2- Refusal

Hi,
Today i received my processed Visa Application with a Refusal on ground of IELTS.
I gave IELTS- Academic with 7.5 overall bands and did not achieve 6.5 in any of the sections.
They refused visa stating you gave wrong IELTS and claiming point was incorrect.

Please help its urgent.

Yes it is and i have tried, but that number is only serviceable to Brit citizens in India, and any other consular guidance and problems.

I haven't got any e-mail or reply from UKVI or VFS for passport courier. It is been 15 days since my application has been processed and decision made.

Exactly there is no email from the vfs or from UKVI about the application process and the decision made. It is when i inquired with email as well via phone then got to know status that application has been processed on 26th May itself. There is no tracking services or even contact of the embassy or ...
