IMO you should seek advice from a legal expert. Not long ago i read on this forum someone got away with a 3 month employment gap. Further info about my husband's employment gap is as follows: From 12 Feb 2014 to 27 May 2014 I have declared this period as temporary incapacity...and will write an explanation on our cover letter.
