Latest NTL-Biometric card processing Times is 4 to 5 Months

had a ILR since 13 years on a expired passport, Applied for NTL-Biometric Residence Permit on 22nd Jan-2017. Home office received my application on 23rd Jan-2017 received Biometric registration letter on 3rd Feb-2017 submitted biometric at a nearby post office on 4th Feb-2017 then waited and waited....
