can your employer give form 16 for the whole year from jan 2006-dec 2006.then provide the form 16 along with your ITR (3 months paid).send ur exceptional evidence ie..bankstatement ,bz ur wont fulfil the income criteria as itz not covered...

see nnj10,take your passport to passport office and fill the form PCC ,submit the form along with your passport,by evening ull recieve ur passport stamped PCC on it... the need of PCC is ::To confirm that u dont have any police cases filed against you (like forgery ,robbery etc..) Itz not mentioned ...

before you apply for EC , indians shd have PCC done....

yes as per indians ,u shd have PCC done at ur nearest passportoffice or commisioner office ,but not sure abt UK rule .....confirm with the local embassy were ur residing..

during stamping for EC ,u need to take up police clearance certificate shortly called PCC in india,take ur passport and apply for the same,ull find a stamp on ur passport ...PCC...

dont enclose your bankstatement,defenitely they wont accept, it shd be stamped and signed . moreover if the other 3 evidence is fully covered y u wanna make ur case complicated by sending a weighless bankstatement.

sorry to here that your HSMP was rejected only bz of the wage slip..
I suggest go for fresh application.Review wont work deep_rp.
the proof shd have been enclosed with the application,covering letter wont justify ur statement...

webhunter, i dont have a proper bankstatement which reflects my salary,better i avoid sending it...m enclosing the employer letter for the alternative evidence with wageslips for 12 months.

webhunter, can we claim ,bz my tax ends on march 2006 from aug 2005(which covers 8 months),and rest from april 2006 to dec 2006(advance tax covers 9 months) will they consider this advance tax claimed for 9 months????
