Can I please ask why it has taken upto May31st to receive the cos.

Usually it comes on the allocation meeting date is it?ie)11th of every month

I have made the application for restricted cos on June 2nd 2017.The gov.uk is not updated with the allocation meeting date for June.Does this impact the application?

Any replies would be much appreciated.
