Statement of Additional Grounds RED.0003(s120 response)

I applied for ILR on the basis of 6 years DLR. In 10 days I received Statement of Additional Grounds RED.0003(s120 response)(6 pages). Page 4 - certification so that you must appeal from outside the UK. Does everyone receive such form ?

They ask when you entered...... so it is 2004

And 2011 it's when you were granted DLR

Put 2004 !
