Hi Thank you for the details. The guidance says the debt must be attached to the person making the application. What I am looking for is will HMO consider this debt as attached to me or is my father only .
I am aware that my fathers visa is likely to be refused if he applies again

Just to state the obvious make sure to apply child's visa only 30days before travel date.
If the child is going to travel to UK with grand parents or a single parent , then better to carry a consent letter from other patent.
