Hi CR001,
As the University is closed now we can't get the letter from them to state the course was taught in English at the moment. Is there any other alternate option to fulfill English language requirement?

Re: Tier 2 General to ILR

Unlikely, it will be viewed as a second job with a separate salary and payroll system as it is a different company and the salary doesn't count. I thought you were applying for ilr based on 10 years residence or switching to tier 4?? If other options doesn't work then only Tier 4 option is left to ...

If you plan on registering your child as British, there is NO requirement for the child to hold ilr.

What is her visa status and the visa status of the other parent? Both Tier 2 dependant

On what basis are you applying for ilr, presumably tier 2 general?? long residence 10 year route

No you don't as you hold a Tier 2 General visa based on your previous posts.

Settled and pre-settled status is only for EU citizens and their family on the EEA/EU route.
Thank you for the Info CR001

Probably best to ask your friend to register on the forum and ask their own questions and state their full immigration history and course details etc etc.
Thank you CR001 I will ask him to register.
