What ur experience say regarding the start date of six months time. Will it start from initial application or the date of variation. In my case I applied tier 1 ent ext in June and then varied in September. Will the start date of six months period time from June or September. Plz help.

I submitted my premium upgrade on 10 October 2017. But they replied on 16 October that u are not eligible for PU.

I applied tier 1 ent extension in June 17 and in
September I varied to Set LR.

Kindly any one can tell why they said u are not eligible?

Can u plz tell when did u recieve ur biometrics and when did submit.

Also I have question that if u have already submit ILR LR via post so how can u go to premium as ur application and relevant documents are there in home office I mean how will it work.

I suggest you definitely go to premium service my case same as yours I varied t1 entr to Ilr Lr by post and now it's more then 4 months never received biometric fingerprints letter. Hi faizlvmt I also varied recently t1 ent to ILR LR. Did u call them why u haven't recieve ur biomatric letter yet.

I mean u already applied t 1 extension. How did u get appointment of peo as u may have paid the fee already. Did u upgrade to peo?
