I have submitted all my documents as i explained above and my ILR got approved today (the decision given same day. i am surprised too). no questions or additional documents asked.

appointment was at 10.30 and decision given at 16:30. longest 6 hours in my whole life.

Normally, Continues residence calculated 5 years backwards from the date you apply. so hopefully it wont be an issue.

Casa is right, no refusal. i just asking the steps we can take, can we make a fresh application for same\another category or do we have to do the admin review first and go for fresh application if admin review not successful.
