Question 7.1 on set (o) form says that one does not need declare fixed penalty notices (speeding and parking tickets). Thanks Pinky5688. I understood what you meant by 7.1. But this statement is ambiguous as if it meant for whole section, they should have mentioned it before 7.1 and not within 7.1....
