I just got my ILR approval letter this afternoon at exactly 5 months of my application. I want to say a big thank you to all the gurus and senior members Zimba, very great guy, Cullinan, my invincible friend, CR001, very excellent moderator, Aman90, etc. It’s been a long journey since 2014 and I kn...

Re: When can my dependants apply for ILR

1. Can I apply for their ILR when my gets approved? No, they will qualify to apply for ILR when your spouse does. 2. If I am not able to apply for them, then what visa application can I make for them when their current leave expires. Tier 1 Dependent extension. 3. When does my spouse qualify to app...

When can my dependants apply for ILR

Hi all, I applied for ILR set (O) via Tier 1 entrepreneur in August 2019 and hoping to get approval in January or February 20202. My kids have all been my dependants from feb 2014 when I got my initial leave to remain as T1E, however my spouse became my dependant in May 2015. Seeing attached post :h...

So what is your 'concern' or question?

You have posted a link to the priority service. Premium service is a different link.
So I want to know if I can use the premium same day service and how to secure an appointment.

Thanks

Unclear what exactly your 'concerns' are, your post is not clear!!

Priority service is different to premium same day, so which is it you are asking about??
Thanks CR001. Its clear I am not knowledgeable about this :)

What I am looking will be premium same day service.

Thank You.

Priority service when switching from T1E to T2G

Good day all, I am about to switch my Visa from T1E to T2 general and want to know if I can use the priority service i.e. same day service. My concerns stems from the information which I got from .gov website: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/priority-application-to-extend-stay-in-uk-form-...

Re: What are the implications of not switching Visa for dependants

The dependents should not be affected. They will remain on the correct route, the PBS dependant route, as you switch to Tier 2. They should be free to travel too. Curtailment and refusal can only happen if you as the main applicant lose your right to stay here and therefore they consequently will b...

Re: What are the implications of not switching Visa for dependants

Yes 2) That is unclear to me. But it looks like there should be no impact. The PBS dependant visa is always granted with the same expiry date as the expiry date of the main applicant. But once granted, I don't see any grounds for curtailment unless the main applicant's visa is also curtailed. Thank...

Re: Visa Refused VO and Market Research

When there is an entrepreneurial team and one leaves the business as soon as gets alternate ILR* When people fire emp...

I always thought that virtual office means trouble and it's proven in your case.
When you completing your 10 years?
There is no problem with using virtual office. I used VO and got mine a couple of others have also used VO and have been granted visa. The issue here is specific to the OP.

Congratulations,
How did you get the results? Received all documents or a letter first?

Thank you in advance.
Solicitor received approval letters and docs on the same day and the biometrics followed the next day.

Also got my IHS refund back.

Thank You
