Thank You.

I called HO and they said if it comes to point where the visa is refused and I have to re-apply. That I should apply with the expired passport but make sure I explain in the cover letter why I have submitted an out of date passport.

Hi all, I applied for T1E extension Feb 2017 and still waiting a decision. The problem here is that my dependants passports have now expired. I am just thinking about the worse case scenario should we be refused can a fresh application be made with expired passports? I doubt much. Can a case be made...

Hi Yunas, Just make sure the jobs you created have had people employed for 12 months. Note that any gap does not count. For example you, have an employee from Jan 2016 to June 2016 and that employee resigns and you are not able to replace the employee for 2 months i.e July and August. You then repla...

Hi, Once I travelled and was asked at Heathrow about my business and my clients as well. Because I was working as a contractor then they put a call to client I was working for.
