Hi all, Those who applied for first time, did you get some sort of confirmation before receiving your travel document? Or did you just get the travel document straight through the mail? You can't call them to check the status of your application. You can call them to ask general questions about the application process but they don't have access to check its status. I called this number and thats what they told me:

I called them and they said they do NOT send acknowledgment letters if you applied online. They also told me that you will most likely get a decision within 70 WORKING days. Hope this is helpful :)
