Congratulations. It is not about feeling offended but please respect the fact that a lot of people have been waiting for RCOS for months now with points much lower than 60. I think you need a better solicitor. For RCOS, you have secured 50 points. 50K salary equates to 30 points and RLMT is 20 points. Really strange to see a solicitor unaware of the points scoring system. Can anyone clarify The Solicitor Applying for me said i have 70 points based on below: 30 from RLM...

Salary - £45,000 - £49,999 = 25 points RLMT = 20 points Total = 20 + 25 = 45 points Salary - £50,000 - £54,999 =30 points RLMT = 20 points Total = 20 + 30 = 50 points Hope this answers your question.
