Why dont u attach original transcripts and a letter from University/Department stating that the degree was awarded to him/her. i think u can get the application reference number on the same day but if not u'll have to wait till the next working day. I thin the guys at the HO are still understaffed bcos of the Xmas and new year break. Hopefully things will pick up. Good Luck

My application was sent on the 27th received on the 28th and payment cleared on the 29th from my account cos I padi thru CC but when I called they couldnt even find my name in the system so all i can do is wait I guess they are still getting over all the Xmas turkey and wine
