Thats why I'm surprised in the UK postal order is like cash They dont have to call or contact anyone. U should chase it up and explain to them that the payment should have cleared by now. See what they say & Good Luck

Why dont u attach original transcripts and a letter from University/Department stating that the degree was awarded to him/her. The caseworkers are not as intelligent as u might hope and if they are not convinced THEY WILL REJECT!! and ur £315 and time will be wasted. Anything worth doing is worth do...

I know the work permit application are based on first letters of the COmpany sponsoring the individual but i didnt know HSMp were based on surname Thanks for that useful piece of info cos mine is a popular surname so I guess I wont be expecting an answer soon unless i send an urgent request but then...

Dont keep calling I have worked in a call centre and i should think there will be a probablity that you might speak to someone twice in a row or at least the peron sitting next to hm/her better sned an urgent request then call every 4 days but remeber you have to have a valid reason to send an urgen...

i think u can get the application reference number on the same day but if not u'll have to wait till the next working day. I thin the guys at the HO are still understaffed bcos of the Xmas and new year break. Hopefully things will pick up. Good Luck

My application was sent on the 27th received on the 28th and payment cleared on the 29th from my account cos I padi thru CC but when I called they couldnt even find my name in the system so all i can do is wait I guess they are still getting over all the Xmas turkey and wine
