I am on the same situation.... submitted my application last year September, been pending like forever. This year in June, I have submitted change of employment with another company. Salary calculation on pro rata basis

Hello,

Please, can anyone clarify how are salaries calculated on pro rata basis with an example?

If the SOC code mentions minimum salary requirement of GBP 30000 and a candidate is offered GBP 30000 but for 40 hours a week. Is the salary requirement criteria met?
