Re: Notifying employer about changing from tier-2 to tier-1

You can change your visa status and then inform your employer. Also reassure your employer that you do not intend to move on and you are committed to stay with them. Hi, I work in a bank and on a tier-2 ict visa. I will be changing my visa to a tier-1 visa next month. Do I need to notify my HR depar...

Re: Extremely Urgent Help Required

Go to your nearest branch and ask them to print off the statement of the relevant month. Also ask them to put stamp(and sign if they do) on it. You can use that statement. Dear Members, One of my bank transaction for salary is missing in the original bank statement. I realized while final check of d...

Deep, I was on WP for first 2 years and then HSMP and then Tier-1. If you have P45 for the first year you can proceed with that. You just need to make sure your P60/P45 are showing continouse employment. Overlap of employment is fine but do not produce combination of P45/P60 which does not shows con...

Re: Is bank contact mandatory in bank statements?

I am going to apply this friday. I have the bank statements in dot matrix format. Bank logo , bank name and address are shown in the statement. But the contact details of bank is missing. Is it mandatory to show it? Yes. You should adhere to the guidelines. If HO wishes to contact your bank they sh...

Yes. They are same. If you can find your course and category underwhich your MCA qualifies you are fine. MCA can be considered as IT/Computers.

Also check usefull post by ramesh above.

HO does hold entry-exit records of any individual travelling in-out via proper channels. I have recently asked for SAR report from HO and can see details of all landing-cards which I submitted at Heathrow while coming back to UK. That's the only way HO can work out any individual's total absent days...

If you have atleast P60 of last four years you are fine to go as long as their is not gaps in your work permits. HO will have records of your WP from which they can clearly make out whether or not you were in the country. Make sure to clearly indicate your IN-OUT dates + out-of-UK duration. I had si...

They might ask you to provide Chest X-ray. High BP will not be a problem as people's BP shoot even when they ask simple questions. :-) Got my Tier 1 and planning to travel next month. Just wanted to check something regarding the medical examination at Heathrow. I have high blood pressure and am taki...

I know a person who had similar case i.e. his employer just forgot to apply for his extension. Strangely he was late by 10 days also. I wonder if you work for the same company. Anyway, he applied through solicitor and received ILR in November2009.

I returned to UK last week. I have got ILR and they ask me same questions. Now in my case, questions like "How long I will stay?" is irrelevant. You just have to keep calm and reply their queries.

I have searched web and found below link:
http://www.spammer.co.uk/item/167886

As per the link, you can get P60 from all your employers provided they are not linked. But P60 and Payslips are considered to be from same source so not sure what will be the second evidence of earnings.

Called UKBA as well and was told qualifications don't expire. Mentioned all these in my admin review, but still got rejected. No reason was gi...

Did PBS calculator granted you points for qualification? Is there anyone who got Tier 1/HSMP visa with a degree older than 5 years? I recently applied for Tier 1 visa from China and got rejected for the reason that my master degree is over 5 years, so 35 points were not awarded. (Qualification secti...

I went to India in Feb 2006 and apply for new WP from there. I have got ILR last december. My solicitor told me that to stay eligible for ILR you have to submit your new application within 28 day of your visa expiry.Mine was clearly the similar case. In your case, you have already received approval(...
