Yeah, I will be a brave person to define exact rules followed by INIS but in my case I applied the next day when I completed 5 years based on the stamps in my passport :)

Re: Short Term Visa (C) for Residency 3 Year Requirement

Re: VISA trouble free travel

I am afraid Rishab you have to legitimize your free lance relation in some formal bond :D. You might also be able to apply as a live in partner best to consult a solicitor, I would suggest. All the best !!!

It could also be interpreted as the department will going forward only roll out fewer approvals hence negating the need for larger conference hall.

Query on Travelling with Stamp 3

Hi All,

I have a question, can someone with Stamp 3 (dependent visa), travel alone outside Ireland without being accompanied by the spouse. Will Immigration pose any objections.

I just always assumed the first ceremony of the new year would be a big one. I knew this delay in announcements was because ...

Re: Applying Naturalisation - Cancelled without Prejudice Stamp-

Does this mean the application will be on the go slow queue, I have seen many people on this forum with similar "explainable gaps" not get the second letter for a year or more.

Warm Regards
