Where should I get the british passport form? Is it availaible online to download, I went to post office and they say that they need to see registration certificate to issue the passport form? is this correct?

Thanks, Are you saying one should be british by descent? can both refree be a british citizen not by descent but had claim british citizenship afterwards?

Thanks for your reply. My current tier 2 General dependent visa is expiring on 16 Oct 2019. Yes that previous ICT dependent visa was expired on 21 Nov 2015 and new visa was from Feb 2016
