Urgent Treatment

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has submitted an Urgent Treatment form on the basis of joining a new company (with valid company documents to prove) successfully/unsuccessfully.

Please do share your views and experiences.

I thought the Home Office would normally use their own courier/mail service? Return of documents: I thank you for considering my applica...

Depending on how long you have been in UK, your Income tax liability depends on your visa status. If i am not mistaken, work permit holders dont pay IT for the first two years. If your employer takes care of your tax, as most Indian software majors do, they may not be paying IT for you during the f...

Additional documents

Hi All,

A quick query... Is it possible to either fax or post additional document/s to support an application for Tier1? (as an after thought)

Any early response would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Would a combination of WP and HSMP for the requisite 4/5 yrs be eligible for ILR or does one require a total term of WP or HSMP only. I would be very than...
