Thanks -that means I have to wait until 2021 even I have been in the UK since 2002 ..
Your immigration clock stops ticking when you breach immigration rules unfortunately as you have broken your residency.

Re: Process for citizenship for Kid under FLR(M)

This way i would avoid the fees for ILR for my son. and only pay for citizenship. For my wife, anyways, she has to go to ILR and citizenship Fr...

Re: Referee person

Don't get why it is an issue. He is your accountant and has known you for 6 years, his profession is on the list. Why should you put him down as family friend?
If you had used NCS/JCPA his reference would have covered the 2 applications. What he is saying does not make sense.

Both kids can be registered as British Citizens without ILR using form MN1 if they were born here. (Leave blank)
You can apply for 2nd child without a passport or nationality documents as child was born here.

You do realise that I did not at any stage ask if I can use this clause. I only asked about the experience of people who used this clause and how they filled the forms so that I can make a better application. I asked what they did and what problems they experienced with JCAP or NCAS. I did not ask,...
