In my opinion, you can put either or both as long as you pay your tax. Statement of tax from inland revenue will do.

As long as you are paying. Should not be an issue. CCJ is not a ground for refusal unless you are deliberately building up debts without any intentions of paying.

That is not correct. Biometrics is not done before you submit an application with NCS. It is generated after you submit an application.
