Hi all my question is about MN1 form for my daughter she is only 2 is GP can sign MA1 form or not please advice
Some members have reported that GP's do not usually want to give references. You can always use a professional referee from the list of acceptable referees that knows your child.

Hi,
Can I apply British citizen and passport together? Do I have to use one of these NCS or NDRS?
Thanks
You can only apply for naturalization and passport together if you are using NCS or NDRS.

Re: Naturalisation: Good Character Reqirements

From my understanding, your in time application and appeal were covered under section 3c. The 28 day rule was abolished in 2016 after your subsequent application was made in 2015, which was successfully approved. 28 day rule has now been reduced to 14 days. I think it will not be an issue in your ca...

Re: British Citizenship- Late filling penalty self assessment

I think you have too many issues going on that are likely to affect your good character. I not think you will get a 10 yr ban if you declare and they refuse your application unless you were in breach of immigration requirements.

what happends after NDRS submission ? do they sent ack by post ?

how long for decison ?
No they do not
They aim to respond within 6 months. Some applicants get approval from as early as 4 weeks and it takes over 6 months for some.

Re: Citizenship refusal due to tv licence conviction

A conviction is a conviction and it will be silly for the OP to be asking for reconsideration and be trivializing the offence. One would expect that the OP should request for her mitigation to be reconsidered. Agree that she regrets her actions, show genuine remorse and stress that they should not u...

Re: British citizenship application, overstayed by around 40 days in 2011

If I remember correctly, COA was a requirement to marry in the UK as a non EEA National. If you made an application for a COA before your visa expired, you had up to 3 months on your visa bf it expired (which was a requirement at the time) and they took time in responding, you are not entirely to bl...

Re: Citizenship refusal due to tv licence conviction

It's also important to keep in mind the UK government can decide to bestow citizenship however they wish, by whatever means they wish. They can also deny it for whatever reason they like (however menial or arcane) or no reason at all. Indeed that is a right of any sovereign nation. No, I disagree o...

Re: EEA PR, Naturalisation; student & worker

If the job you did was genuine and effective and not marginal or ancillary then you can be classed under worker. You were obviously classed as a worker which is why your PR was approved. Should not be a problem for naturalization if this was the case.

No you do not if your spouse is British. Remember that you have to be physically present in the UK 3/5 yrs prior to your application.
