Re: Stamp 4 to stamp 1 ( temporary 6 months)

I visited many solicitors and everyone was giving false hopes.

their response was simple you already have temp stamp 4, and your application is in process. and DBEI can't over rule EU treaty permission. that's why first need to wait for the decision of EU treaty right.

Re: Applying for work permit while section 3 application is in process

@shirazsps : you should inform Section 3 that you have job offer, so give you temp status. thats the only option.. Else: you should leave the country and ask that big company to apply for work permit, as it is big company so I'm guessing they will be Trusted partner and you will get the decision in ...

Re: General employment permit

Thanks @littlerr .. A degree is certainly highly recommended but it cannot be a hard stop. A person with many years of relevant experience is certainly more favourable than a person that just graduated from college with zero work experience. He should also try to put any professional certification h...

Re: chenchooliah V Minister For Justice - Important Judgement On Rights Of EU Citizen Spouses.

@obie i think Applicants case refusals are equivalent to punishments. I wonder if the minister treats non-rep applicants different than the one who hire lawyers to apply on their behalf. Agreed @griffith : sometime to me it feels that solicitors do this intentionally to make your case bad, complicated and drag as much as they can and from all this mess they make more and more money.. and make you dependent on them..
