Straight answer to your question, if you not able to provide her documents it will be very difficult for you, as in first letter they will ask you all her 3 years activities..

you get married in 2015 and you said you have stamp4EUFAM from 1 years.. means you get stamp4EUFAM in 2018.. may I ask what was your status from 2015 to 2018?? Would they apply eu3 or eu4? people apply EU3 after 5 years on stamp4EUFAM, so if i link to your above line 1year stamp4EUFAM .. you can't apply. again if you have stamp4...

it takes week or 2 for acknowledgement.. about temp stamp there are two things.. First when you are submitting application mention in your cover-letter that your stamp is going to expire so issue you temp stamp... second when your stamp is going to expire send them letter and they will send you temp...

May I ask you why you didn't submit appeal for retention??
