Hi @Emr, all good thanks.. No updates still getting same response when I check status query.. All I heard all the application is on hold, no one get any update.. Solicitor told me they might hold till outcome of my EU-treaty application. some says scheme, Stamp4 EP was on hold because minister was o...
That would just motivate the minister and INIS to provide a few more templates when rejecting applications, and get rid of any pending review applications beforehand (or just put them on hold until there is a decision on the review). @littlerr : fair enough do you think that could be the reason min...
For the avoidance of doubt, I do not support what the lawyer is saying, It is not the law, and certainly not the law in Ireland. The EEA national must be exercising treaty rights prior to the divorce or initiation of the divorce for the non-EEA to acquire right of residence. To say the EU national ...

@finanlversion thanks for your input. 1st - Yes I mentioned I had stamp4 when I applied for EP and I confirmed with couple of lawyers that my temp stamp4 was valid since there was no mention of revoke in the letter just fyi so I believe it was valid when I applied for EP. 2nd - Again my temp2 is no...

@finalversion, regarding the tricky advise from you solicitor, personally I disagree, based on below two points: 1: if you read the full judgement based on which you have applied EP, Judge allowed that guy for EP as judge mentioned that his stamp 4 will be revoked. 2: the temporary stamp 4 based on...

well its good idea.. but strange nobody is ready to take a chance to apply EP. well think about you have nothing to lose as permissions are already refused OR revoked. so what's the harm to try??
I was ready before and I'm ready now as well.. I'll take my chances.
Yes review from EU treaty was also refused.. not sure you can follow the same path OR not.. but they gave me option to fill EU4 for further review, it was written in my letter.. so I filled EU4 and submit and beside that I request them for temporary visa.. and now they grant me temp visa..
I finally received my temp stamp4 and submitted the application for temp stamp.. Once I received temp stamp I'll submit application straight away, without any second thoughts.
but would be great if heard any successful case in meantime. please keep this post alive.
