I was able to continue working and rent a place because I could prove that I applied to renew my leave before it expired. So while my application is pending, my leave continues with the same conditions.

Just been granted leave. Took just over 9 months and the fact that I left and came back was not an issue.

Hi, I'm in a similar situation as you. Could you please let me know if you applied and if the HO said your residency was not continuous.
