There are people out there who were approved in 2019 and have not been able to receive an invitation due to covid. Considering situation in the World this delays are understandable. Even if they started sending affidavits to approved applicant, it will be long before the backlog is cleared. I think...

No, no need to upload utility bill or bank statement. Only what is shown on the pdf file listing the required documents.

No I didnt receive that email.

I received an email from an officer saying that my application had been successful and a new card will be delivered in 5-10 days.

Theres nothing in my online account apart from a copy of the online form I initially submitted.

Does the minister check all citizen applications personally before approval letter is sent out or just random applications?

I'd doubt the minister has time to verify all applications but i'm curious as to wether the minister checks all applications personally.
