Hi CR001,
In another thread (link here), someone mentioned that "one may make a leave to remain application within 28 days of the last date of curtailed leave" . Is this not correct?

If I find a sponsor and I lodge an application just after my curtailment date, will that application still be valid? How did you find a new sponsor? Did they have to do a Resident Labor market test before they can hire you?

I am currently on a Tier 2 General visa and I need to switch employers. Will the job I apply for be subjected to an RLMT even though I am already a UK resident?
